Although the self-service layout and quick food preparation at Verdura are features of fast-food restaurants, the quality of the food and the ingredients used are top level. The show kitchen was created so that customers can observe the preparation of all orders. Customers can alter the menus by adding more ingredients if they so like. The clients are always served food made with fresh, carefully chosen ingredients.
